Personal Profile

I truly believe in the benefits of an active lifestyle and the value of improving your health and overall wellbeing.  I have over 13 years experience working within healthcare settings and am fully aware of the increasing risk of chronic ill health due to our modern sedentary lifestyles.  I am keen to help those struggling with weight management and/or self-image issues and motivate you to reach your desired goals and improve your state of health. 

I personally enjoy working out in many different ways and regularly change my focus depending on my next goal.  I particularly like to try new things and currently train using Kettlebells.  In the past I have taken part in the Belfast Marathon (not the whole 26 miles) and completed a number of 5 and 10km runs.  I was a member of the National Ju-Jitsu Federation for 5 years, training at Brown Belt Level. 

I believe that any activity or exercise, whatever the level, should be enjoyable and feel variety is key to ensuring every work-out is challenging but fitting for each client and their goals.
