Bassett Bounders Running Club

Information

 

Jo & Helen are two Personal Trainers who decided to get people up and moving.
If you join us, follow the plan, we will have you running for approximately 30 minutes at the end of 10 weeks.
We gradually build up your stamina and aerobic ability with our tried and tested programme.

Many of our runners had never run before joining us but have since completed Race for Life (5km), Coate Water Park (5km), a few have gone on to run 10km races and a couple are aspiring to half marathons in the future.  You may not have such ambitious goals but wish to run with the safety and structure of a group.

 If you feel that the time has come to get in shape, what better way than to start getting fit with us.  We can offer you training tips, exercises to improve that part of the body you dislike, help you get over an injury, meet people of a similar disposition and have a good laugh along the way.

 

 

BEGINNER & INTERMEDIATE GROUPS

 

10 WEEK BEGINNER COURSE

Starts Thursday 4th Feb

Perfect training for Race for Life or just getting fit.

Absolute Beginners Running group starting Thursday 4th Feb 6.30pm, Wootton Bassett.

Duration of each session is 30 minutes, please arrive a few minutes early to take part in the Warm Up.
At the end of the 10 week Beginner course, you join the Intermediate group!

Next 10 week course will start on Thursday 13th April.

 

 

INTERMEDIATE
Anyone who has completed a 10 week course or can run comfortably for 30mins plus.

Various weekly meeting points.
